Production line
Raw material to dispatch, in twelve steps
Every module follows the same controlled sequence — with inspection built into the line, not added at the end.

Step 01
Raw Material
Cells, glass, EVA, backsheet, frame, and junction boxes are checked before production.

Step 02
Cell Sorting
Cells are sorted by power and colour grade, so every string is matched for consistent output.

Stringing
Matched cells are aligned and connected into strings with controlled handling.

Step 04
Layup
Strings are placed between glass, EVA and backsheet, bussed and aligned in the module stack.

EL Test
Electroluminescence imaging reveals micro-cracks and hidden cell defects before the stack is sealed.

Step 06
Lamination
The panel structure is sealed under process control for strength and weather resistance.

Step 07
Framing
An aluminium frame is fitted and sealed around the laminate for rigidity and safe mounting.

Junction Box
The junction box is bonded, connected and sealed to carry power safely out of the module.

Flash Test
A solar simulator measures each module's electrical performance and confirms its rated power.

Final QC
A final visual and electrical inspection checks finish, labelling and safety before approval.

Packing
Approved modules are packed with edge protection and palletised to arrive undamaged.

Dispatch
Orders are planned and dispatched on schedule to dealers, EPC sites and project locations.
